Another fine example of the wonderful parks and forest preserves that can be found in Champaign County, this park has to be on your bucket list of Illinois Road Trips. I have been working in the area recently and we took our lunches at the park, by the lake as often as we could. Beautiful is a small word to describe the park, and you will not be disappointed.
